Have an idea but don't have finished artwork? That's okay! We can help bring your vision together. Depending on the amount of design work required, a design retainer may apply.

Design & Artwork

If you already have a logo, artwork, or finished design, simply include it with your request.

If you have an idea but need help bringing it together, custom design assistance is available. You may provide inspiration photos, sketches, colors, wording, or a description of what you have in mind.

Basic personalization and minor artwork adjustments may be included with your apparel order.

Projects requiring original design development, multiple concepts, substantial artwork changes, or more extensive creative work may require a design retainer starting at $20 before design work begins.

How the Design Retainer Works

Your design retainer is credited toward your final apparel order when you move forward with production.

If you decide not to proceed with your apparel order after design work has begun, the retainer is non-refundable and covers the design services already provided.

Design retainers generally include an initial concept and up to two rounds of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions, new concepts, or significant changes in design direction may require an additional fee.

More extensive graphic design or logo development may be quoted separately.

Please note: Design proofs are provided for approval of products being produced by Renea & Company and are not provided as standalone, production-ready artwork. Finished artwork or design files for outside use may be available separately and may require an additional fee.

Our Process

1. Submit Your Request

Tell us about your project, including the apparel you're interested in, quantity, colors, personalization, and your overall vision. Upload any logos, artwork, sketches, or inspiration images you have.

2. Review & Quote

We'll review your request, discuss garment and customization options as needed, and provide your quote.

If your project requires custom design development, we'll let you know the applicable design retainer before any paid design work begins.

3. Design & Approval

Once any applicable design retainer or required payment is received, we'll prepare your design proof for review.

You'll have the opportunity to review the design and request reasonable adjustments before approving it for production.

4. Finalize & Pay

Once your design and order details are approved, your design retainer will be applied toward your apparel order total, and any remaining balance will be due before production begins.

5. Production & Delivery

After final approval and payment, your order enters production and is carefully prepared for pickup or shipping.
